South Bay Evangelical Christian Church is a bilingual (English and Chinese) Christian church on the site of Peninsula Community Church located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in southern California. We have a congregation of about 150 people. Bible study is offered on Friday nights from 7:30 pm to 10 pm and 9 am to 10 am on Sundays for adults. There are youth group meetings (junior high, high school, and college students) on Fridays from 7:30 pm to 10 pm and Bible studies on Sundays from 9 am to 10 am. Our bilingual church service is held from 10:15 am to 11:45 am every Sunday.

Our church is independent and non-denominational. We believe in the Bible as the inspired and inerrant word of God (see our Statement of Faith). From the inception of our church, we have subscribed to Biblical eldership as the Biblical model of church leadership, as reflected in our Bylaws.
